Job Title: Early Childhood Educator - Child Development Specialist

Big Dreamers Daycare Limited is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote children's development.
  • Maintain daycare equipment and prepare snacks.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Establish guidelines for behavior and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
Working Conditions:
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
