Salesforce Administrator

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way small businesses manage their finances. As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in configuring and optimizing our platform to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and customize Salesforce to align with business objectives
- Champion data integrity initiatives, overseeing data migration and integration projects
- Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their unique needs and tailor Salesforce solutions
- 3-5 years of experience with at least 2-4 years using Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Platform Developer I)
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and their implications, as well as implementing and/or supporting other sales enablement SaaS applications
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand business processes and create effective solutions within Salesforce
- Analytical thinking and strong data analysis skills
- Proven experience in Agile development methodology
- A growth mindset, always keen on learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices
