Job Summary

The Bakery Team Member will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Assist in the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
  • Bakery Operations: Assist in the operation of bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The Bakery Team Member will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The position requires standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
