The successful candidate will develop a business plan to maximize residential mortgage business and enhance the member experience. They'll write new mortgages, conduct prudent due diligence, and seek out new mortgage leads through networking and relationship-building.

  • a proven track record in sales and lending, with 3-4 years of related experience;
  • a strong sense of entrepreneurship and a desire to build their own business;
  • a well-established network of realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence;
