Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, including supervising contractors, managing materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
