About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Journeyman Electrician to join our team at All Weather Windows Ltd. in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and optimal productivity
  • Perform safety evaluations and troubleshoot problems with equipment and tooling
  • Coordinate with production supervisors to maintain production schedules and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Assist project teams in executing projects related to production equipment and tooling
  • Work with minimal supervision and delegate tasks as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and tooling
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain a high level of housekeeping in the workplace and parts warehouse
Requirements
  • Diploma and/or certification as a Journeyman Electrician
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, with 2 years in-house and 3 years in a related industry
  • Scheduling and maintenance planning experience
  • Experience with PLC's, drives, controls, low and high voltages
  • Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
