Child Care Specialist

Ben Nevile is seeking a reliable and organized Child Care Specialist to provide top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment, engaging in activities that promote social development, and ensuring the emotional well-being of the children in your care.
Key Responsibilities- Child Care and Development: Provide high-quality care and support to children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and engaging in activities that promote social development.
- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet the dietary needs of the children.
- Supervision and Safety: Supervise and care for children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Qualifications: Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Eligible for a bonus based on performance.

- Work Term: Temporary position with a 40-hour workweek.
