Bar Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at Specklebelly's. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and train other staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of mixed drinks, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- No degree or formal qualifications required, but experience in a similar role is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
