About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Binding and Finishing Machine Operator to join our team at Imprimerie Transcontinental inc. As a key member of our commercial printing operations, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various specialized binding equipment and machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Binding Equipment Operation: Set up and operate various specialized binding equipment and machines to bind print material according to specifications.
  • Finishing Equipment Operation: Set up and operate various specialized finishing equipment and machines to finish print material according to specifications.
  • Pre-Production Runs: Perform pre-production runs of binding or finishing jobs to verify output and ensure that product specifications are met.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced commercial printing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in French required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
