We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist I to join our team at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital's Cancer Centre.

About the Centre

The Cancer Centre is a state-of-the-art facility that provides comprehensive care to cancer patients, featuring exceptional radiation services and a range of treatment options.

As a member of our team, you will have access to unique professional growth and leadership opportunities, collaborating closely with oncologists, medical physicists, and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prescribed courses of radiation treatment to patients
  • Assist in the efficient planning of patient care during simulation and/or planning procedures
  • Educate patients about treatment procedures and side effects
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy
  • Active or eligible registration with ACMDTT
  • Experience as a Radiation Therapist within a healthcare environment
