About the Role

Zeffy Campaign is dedicated to supporting 30,000 nonprofits with the only truly free fundraising platform, addressing the $3 billion annual fee burden in North America.

As our Senior Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for communicating our unique value proposition, eliminating fundraising fees, and driving organic growth as we become the go-to choice for U.S. nonprofits.

Your mission will involve:

  1. Familiarizing yourself with nonprofit challenges, the fundraising landscape, and our brand positioning to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams to integrate our new positioning into existing channels such as paid social, Google ads, and our website, aiming to enhance their performance.
  3. Developing and scaling new organic channels by testing initiatives across social media, PR, partnerships, and other potentially effective channels.

Your success will be measured by your ability to significantly increase the number of new nonprofits joining Zeffy Campaign each month through your efforts on aligning existing channels and scaling new ones. Long-term success will be gauged by the number of new nonprofits joining us through organic channels.

Preferred Qualifications
  • You possess 7+ years of experience as a Brand Director or Senior Brand Manager, with a proven track record of positioning brands and scaling organic channels.
  • You have excellent written and oral English skills and are known for your exceptional storytelling ability, capable of expressing complex messages in simple, impactful ways.
  • You prioritize based on impact and strive to find the most effective approach to achieve your goals.
  • A plus: You have experience working in the U.S. market.

The range:

  • Our ideal seniority level: 7+ years of experience as a Senior Brand Specialist
  • The corresponding salary range: CAD 110,000 + stock options
