Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Technician to join our team at BIG BOSS CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-paced environment with high physical demands
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs)
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • English language skills required
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive benefits and a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role.
