Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at K-Town Carpets and Flooring Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling products and services.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
