Boothworks Inc is seeking a skilled Trade Show Planner to join our team. As a Trade Show Planner, you will be responsible for administering revenues and expenditures, developing risk management plans, and promoting conference and meeting services or special events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer revenues and expenditures
  • Develop risk management plans

  • Develop marketing and communication plans
  • Develop media strategies and public relations activities
  • Assist in budget preparation
  • Assist in site selection and attend to related details
  • Co-ordinate media services
  • Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
