Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeller to join our team at Bastet Construction Management Solutions. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Modelling: Prepare engineering designs and drawings using Autodesk REVIT, and develop and prepare design sketches to support construction projects.
  • Specifications and Estimates: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Write technical reports and specifications, and complete documentation packages and drawing sets to support project delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
