Key Responsibilities
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions that align with our company's strategy
  • Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in information technology (IT) service delivery
  • Strong knowledge of internet, MS Office, and software quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative, judgement, and organized with a proactive approach
Working Conditions
