Job Description


As a Department Head - Training and Development, you will be responsible for:



  • Performing various management activities within the department.
  • Defining objectives and clearly communicating expectations to your team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results.
  • Ensuring the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness.
  • Applying and respecting budgets related to your department.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • 2 years of retail experience or equivalent.
  • A high school diploma or college degree and management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
