The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Diamond Consultant. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our clients through the Spence sales experience, providing expert knowledge and a world-class client experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting client presentations and solution proposals to clients
  • Completing weekly sales activities
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining leads and building client rapport
  • Maintaining client follow-up, through phone and email
  • Remaining up to date on product knowledge to ensure the best client experience for our customers
  • Assisting in opening and closing store procedures

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A proven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience
  • Detail-oriented and willing to embrace a structured process
  • Driven by sales success through metrics analysis and targeted coaching
  • Committed to working as a team to achieve store sales targets
  • Comfortable presenting valuable products with confidence in an educational environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly gain positive rapport with clients in a public-facing environment
