The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Diamond Consultant. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our clients through the Spence sales experience, providing expert knowledge and a world-class client experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting client presentations and solution proposals to clients
- Completing weekly sales activities
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Maintaining leads and building client rapport
- Maintaining client follow-up, through phone and email
- Remaining up to date on product knowledge to ensure the best client experience for our customers
- Assisting in opening and closing store procedures

We are looking for someone who is:
- A proven sales professional with at least 2 years of experience
- Detail-oriented and willing to embrace a structured process
- Driven by sales success through metrics analysis and targeted coaching
- Committed to working as a team to achieve store sales targets
- Comfortable presenting valuable products with confidence in an educational environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to quickly gain positive rapport with clients in a public-facing environment
