About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Produce Specialist to join our team at our Mission, BC location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting fresh produce products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Offer personalized product recommendations and promotions to increase store sales
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and merchandise produce products according to company standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 20lbs
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
