We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing internal data analysis tools, performing bespoke analyses, and delivering meaningful insights to guide product development and optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining internal tools, pipelines, and frameworks for analyzing complex scientific and technical data sets.
- Collaborating directly with scientists and engineers to understand project requirements, conduct exploratory data analyses, and deliver insights to guide product development and optimization.
- Designing and implementing interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators, product performance metrics, and operational processes.
- Applying statistical methods and modeling techniques to evaluate assay performance, identify trends, and support product validation.
- Preparing and refining data and reports for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines and other relevant standards.
- Continuously improving and optimizing data workflows, integrating best practices for data quality, integrity, and reproducibility.
