Twin Otter Flight Captain

We are seeking a highly skilled Twin Otter Flight Captain to join our team based in Stony Rapids, SK. As a key member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo across our northern routes.

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of $120,000 per year, with an additional 25% market supplement bringing your total compensation to $150,000. You will also receive a 10% off-strip premium, as well as a $100 per shift premium for Medevac flights. In addition, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings, and more.

This is a rotational position, requiring you to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Twin Otter Flight Captain, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards
• Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
• Liaising with ground crew and other airline staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid ATPL and current passport
• A minimum of 3000 hours total flight time, with 2000 hours multi-engine experience and 750 hours multi-engine PIC
• DHC-3T or DHC-6 captain experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor others
