Security Supervisor

Vista Security & Investigations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security-related activities.
- Progress Reports: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Work Problems: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Staff Training: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance expectations.
Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:- CPR Certificate: Possess a valid CPR certificate, demonstrating your commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
- Security Guard License: Hold a valid security guard license, ensuring you are authorized to perform security-related duties.
This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
