Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including breads and rolls, donuts, and muffins.

Responsibilities
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality bread products
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food preparation environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Work Environment

Our bakery is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with our culinary team to produce high-quality bread products. You will be required to work in a café or restaurant setting and be able to lift and move heavy objects.
