Job Summary

Blossom Nails & Massage is seeking a skilled Senior Nail Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff members
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory for the salon
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies
  • Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and manage the salon's finances
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage a team and lead by example
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
