Strategic Partnerships Director

Career Renew is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnerships and business development efforts in the web3 space.
About the RoleAs Head of Partnerships & BD, you will be responsible for growing our product and partner ecosystem through protocol launch and beyond. You will be the face of our protocol and product, and an expert on both, to partners and customers throughout the web3 space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and expansion into new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure a healthy pipeline of partnerships.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to inform strategy and accelerate our roadmap.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to support business development efforts.
- Strong experience in business development, with a focus on web3 and digital payments.
- Proven ability to grow product and partner ecosystems.
- Highly proficient in business development tech tools and other digital organizational tools.
- Successful experience as a tech startup operator in a business development leadership role.
- Base salary + equity + token allocation.
- Seniority level: Director.
