About the Job:

Rutgers University's Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology seeks a distinguished educator and practitioner to join our faculty as a non-tenure track professor of practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching graduate level courses in industrial, work, organizational, and personnel (IWOP) psychology, organizational development, statistics, and research methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach curriculum for IWOP graduate programs
  • -coordinate internships and practicum placements for OP graduate students
  • Engage in community outreach and partnerships with organizations to provide students with experiential learning opportunities
  • Advise graduate students and serve on doctoral dissertation committees
  • Participate in departmental service and governance

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience at the graduate level
  • Strong network of professional contacts and relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
