Job Title: Flat Roofer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Flat Roofer to join our team at HSX INCORPORATED. As a Flat Roofer, you will be responsible for applying waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and dangerous environments
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle heavy loads and work under pressure

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 to 44 hours per week
  • English language

Work Environment:

  • Commercial, industrial, and residential settings
  • Shingled roofs, modified roofing systems, and skylights

Physical Demands:

  • Fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Hand-eye co-ordination
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Overtime required
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Work under pressure
