Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
