This senior leadership role will lead the Commercial Mortgage Funding team, responsible for driving commercial mortgage loan originations and customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Key AccountabilitiesThe manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial mortgage loan originations, ensuring high-quality results and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive commercial mortgage loan origination growth;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve commercial mortgage loan origination targets;
- Monitoring and reporting on commercial mortgage loan origination performance metrics;
- Identifying and addressing process improvements opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial banking, preferably in mortgage lending or asset-based lending;
- Proven leadership and management expertise, with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data sets and develop strategic insights;
