About the Role:

  • Product Knowledge: You'll have a deep understanding of beauty products and be able to present and promote them to customers with confidence.
  • Customer Success: Your goal will be to ensure every customer leaves the salon feeling happy and satisfied with their purchase.
  • Relationship Building: You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, and for providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Challenge and Growth: You'll be motivated by the challenge of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations, and you'll be eager to learn and grow with the company.
  • Team Player: You'll be a team player who is always willing to lend a hand and support your colleagues.

  • You'll have experience in customer service, sales, or retail, and you'll be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
