About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Polo Farmers Market Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain a Clean Environment: Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized, and that the counter area is clean and tidy.
  • Assist with Promotions and Events: Participate in in-store promotions, assist with setting up displays, and help to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
