Job Summary

Dorman Products is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Saint-Leonard, QC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the receipt and coordination of goods coming in and out of the warehouse.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, and vision care.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by organizing, cleaning, and implementing new design layouts when required.
  • Daily inspections of warehouse equipment.
  • Follow and maintain transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Required High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, carriers, vendors, and management.
  • Strong team and independent work skills.
  • Physically fit and able to occasionally lift weights of up to 100lbs.
  • Experience with forklifts and stock pickers preferred.
  • Experience in warehousing and traffic preferred.
  • Heavy duty truck industry experience preferred.
