Strategic Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Financial Planning Specialist to join our team, who will provide critical support in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and business administration, with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data and develop tools to support the Manageable Costs Budget Process.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses of business decisions.
- Review quarterly variances, forecast reports, and manage operational costs data.
- Maintain the fixed asset database, SAP master data, and investment income process, while preparing reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing by preparing internal financial statements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Relevant work experience, working towards CPA designation.
- Strong knowledge of costing, capital budgeting, and FTE budgeting.
- Fluent in English for communication with Quebec and Ontario teams.
- Ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and related software.
- Starting hourly rate: $47.58-$50.49 plus performance bonuses.
- Full-time permanent position, Monday-Friday, Day Shift.
