Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data and Insights Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our car-sharing program by analyzing complex data and developing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven models and analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Design and maintain management reporting tools, including Power BI, to track key metrics and drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, papers, and emails to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct analytical modeling, testing hypotheses on growth strategies, and visualizing complex information for strategic storytelling.
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolution of the car-sharing space in BC and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, business, accounting, economics, computer science, or math-related subjects with an emphasis on quantitative analysis and methods.
  • At least four years of experience in accounting, reporting, or analytics or finance.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Python, R, and Power BI.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid working knowledge of geospatial analytics and tools.
