Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at MITT. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing general ledger entries, managing accounts receivable and payable, and performing financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journal vouchers;
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing;
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to support business decisions;
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data as required;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and record systems;
  • Perform general office duties, including responding to customer inquiries and addressing complaints in a professional manner;
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems;
