Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and attention to detail
  • Coordinate work assignments, prioritizing tasks and managing staff schedules
  • Manage staff training, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring compliance and adherence
  • Ensure business continuity, maintaining high levels of customer service delivery

Support for Newcomers:

  • Participate in programs for newcomers and refugees, providing support and guidance
  • Assist with settlement needs, such as housing and transportation
  • Support social and labour market integration, helping newcomers adjust to local customs and practices
  • Recruit displaced individuals and provide mentorship and diversity training


Support for Youth:

  • Participate in youth employment programs, providing opportunities for skill development and mentorship
  • Offer on-the-job training and mentorship, helping youth build confidence and skills
  • Provide awareness training for employees, promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity


Support for Indigenous People:

  • Participate in Indigenous support programs, providing opportunities for skill development and mentorship
  • Offer mentorship and networking opportunities, helping Indigenous individuals build relationships and connections
  • Develop relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations, promoting cultural understanding and collaboration
  • Provide cultural competency training and facilitate access to Elders, promoting cultural sensitivity and awareness
