Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and attention to detail
- Coordinate work assignments, prioritizing tasks and managing staff schedules
- Manage staff training, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring compliance and adherence
- Ensure business continuity, maintaining high levels of customer service delivery

Support for Newcomers:

- Recruit displaced individuals and provide mentorship and diversity training
Support for Youth:
- Participate in youth employment programs, providing opportunities for skill development and mentorship
- Offer on-the-job training and mentorship, helping youth build confidence and skills
- Provide awareness training for employees, promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity
Support for Indigenous People:
- Participate in Indigenous support programs, providing opportunities for skill development and mentorship
- Offer mentorship and networking opportunities, helping Indigenous individuals build relationships and connections
- Develop relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations, promoting cultural understanding and collaboration
- Provide cultural competency training and facilitate access to Elders, promoting cultural sensitivity and awareness
