Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Assets
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years spent in technical engineering positions and at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical expertise in modern software development practices and technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing engineering teams that hit or exceed their targets.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze technical trends, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Legacy System Integration: Proven experience in integrating legacy systems with modern architectures and managing rapid scaling in fast-paced startup environments.
