Land Acquisition and Sales Executive

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proof of registration as a Broker and/or Sales Representative with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
- Self-motivation and ambition.
- At least 3 years of full-time experience in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 10 residential land transactions and 5 commercial/ICI land transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
- An educational background in real estate, engineering, architecture, urban planning, business/finance, or a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team.
