Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyber Security, SOC Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing security operations, risk management, and incident response.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional with at least 10 years of experience in cyber security to lead our support teams, implement security strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and be able to work closely with customers on the technical front, addressing enhancement requests and providing expert guidance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Associating with clients to oversee security operations, risk management, and incident response
- Leading support teams, including L1, L2 & L3, to implement security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Closely collaborating with customers on the technical front to address enhancement requests
