Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Representative to join our team at L3Harris Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the successful operation of our CP140 Aurora aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to our customers, including maintenance and repair of avionics systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate L3Harris activities at our customer sites.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Perform specialized avionics upgrades and modifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Technologist diploma or equivalent training and experience, preferably in a military environment.
- Previous experience in the maintenance and support of DND avionics.
- Familiarity with Canadian Air Force support infrastructure and processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of CP140 avionics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ADAM/DRMIS.
- Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and aircraft modification process.
- Sufficient English language skills to be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
- French is considered an asset.
- Ability to write routine and complex reports and complete required performance metrics.
- Ability to communicate effectively and convey ideas/information one-on-one and group settings.
