Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Culinary Professional to oversee the kitchen operations, lead a team of cooks, and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory and records.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, taking into account food allergies and intolerances.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, train new employees, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
