As a key member of our healthcare design group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare facilities in Canada. Your expertise in clinical planning and patient-centered care will ensure that our designs meet the operational needs and long-term goals of our clients.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on healthcare projects. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required, as well as registration with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).
Your skills and qualifications will be put to the test as you lead the architectural design of healthcare projects, conduct detailed clinical planning and programming, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with Ontario healthcare regulations and Ministry of Health standards.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop emerging architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in healthcare design within our organization.
