About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Crew Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful as a Crew Member at McDonald's, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.

You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
