Environmental Consulting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consulting Manager to join our team at Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. As a key member of our public sector consulting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of service line strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accountability for profit and loss performance while creating an environment that values quality and continuous improvement.
- Make significant project-related decisions and prioritize technical and resourcing priorities within the service line that will have the greatest impact on company success.
- Develop and maintain a robust business development pipeline that is consistent with our growth and profitability expectations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction on projects executed within the service and prioritize activities that will improve client experience.
- Extensive experience in environmental consulting in the fields of assessment, remediation, reclamation, and monitoring in Canada, with preferred experience in mining, energy, power, and industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated decisiveness in identifying priorities, resolving business challenges, and managing diverse stakeholder requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, geoscience, or environmental sciences.
- A minimum of 8 years in a management role.
