Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Inno Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials in and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality work.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
