Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy, implementing change management processes, procedures, and tools, supporting communication efforts, both internal and external, consulting with and coaching project team members, collaborating and supporting overall corporate financial reporting and analysis, leading change management assessments, verifying details of change orders, and finalizing documentation, applying due diligence to all changes, ensuring transparent and complete documentation for auditing purposes, chairing weekly meetings to update/discuss change orders with internal stakeholders, actively participating in meetings with external stakeholders, distributing and monitoring change management documents through approval workflows, maintaining registers for the ease of review for all types of scope changes, updating relevant forms utilized for change management when required, maintaining a reasonable understanding of project-based ongoing activities to assist with spending predictions, highlighting change situations, basic understanding of project schedules, and collaboration with project-based schedule/planners to most accurately define commercial activities and validate spending/budget activity, advising schedulers of the impact approved change management will have on maintained project schedules/baselines, and other tasks as required.
