Your primary responsibility will be to lead the creative integration and strategy for our agency partners and internal stakeholders for our Foodland and Thrifty Food banners. This will involve maintaining brand expression and standards, developing creative marketing briefs, and overseeing program integration across channels.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading integrated go-to-market plans that deliver against customer journey priorities across all marketing touchpoints
* Maintaining brand expression and standards and how it comes to life across all Empire brands
* Developing creative marketing briefs and leading the integrated marketing process with internal teams and agencies
* Overseeing program integration banner across channels, negotiating activities between departments and execution for print, POS, social and digital
* Oversight of campaign and marketing material production requirements for all communication including; flyer, POS and digital and social materials
* Leading the omni-channel media strategy to align to key program KPI's by banner/region and work directly with channel leads around media performance
* Acting as a champion of Loyalty to help bring the strategy to life for the consumer
* Collaborating with Loyalty, Brand Strategy, Store Marketing, CRM, external partners (creative/media) on marketing programs that support the strategy including brief development, creative evaluation and tactical execution
* Working with the Brand Strategy teams to share best practices, and assets as required for campaign/program activation in all banners
* Engaging internal cross-functional partners including Media, Creative Studio, Content Services, Digital, CRM, Loyalty, Business & Customer Insights and external agency partners, to activate programs which support the marketing priorities
* Assisting with management of vendor partner programs
* Assisting with management and execution of project tracking for marketing calendars, business updates, and quarterly updates
* Developing and managing marketing plan project work streams including workback schedules, project management and follow-ups, creative proof approvals and budget reconciliation
* Working closely with Media, Insights and external partners to conduct pre/post-campaign reporting and analysis; identifying trends and recommendations for optimization

Requirements:

* Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
* Agency, Grocery or Packaged Goods experience is an asset
