About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at Redden's Junction Cannabis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Sales and Promotions: Promote our products and services to customers, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display and inventory of products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, collaborative, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, outgoing, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, dependability, reliability, and team player.
