**Edge Construction Overview**
We have built a reputation for delivering quality and value in various markets across the Lower Mainland in BC.
As a multifamily construction team, we seek an Assistant Site Superintendent to collaborate closely with the project team to oversee on-site operations.
The ideal candidate will support the maintenance of project schedules, address adjustments or changes during the construction process, and liaise between field engineers and estimators to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
The successful candidate will also monitor and execute the project construction plan and schedule, review and understand the contract and subcontracts, including undertaking risk and risk mitigation plans, and supervise, develop, and mentor workers.
**Requirements**
1. Demonstrated progressive experience in general contracting as a superintendent in multifamily or commercial construction.
2. Trade background in carpentry and/or Gold Seal Certification is considered an asset.
3. Knowledge of local concrete or woodframe construction structures on multifamily projects over 50 units.
4. Minimum one project completed as Assistant Site Superintendent.
5. Experience managing subtrades.
**Compensation and Benefits**
$85,000 - $115,000 per year
