About the Role

Douglas College is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Administration Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing capital building, renovation, and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop project plans, ensure timely completion, and manage budgets. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in project coordination and administration. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., building technology)
  • 3-5 years of direct work experience in coordinating construction and facilities capital projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
